Last few days I am not well, my throat once again infected by virus and it really makes me sick. My body temperature jump high, I got fever later cough. I was on medical leave for two days.

Lata Kinjang yang terletak di Chenderiang merupakan salah satu air terjun yang tertinggi di Malaysia. Kecantikan Lata Kinjang terselah dan dapat disaksikan oleh sesiapa yang melalui lebuhraya Utara-Selatan di kawasan Tapah. Sekitar kawasan air tejun ini dipelihara dan dijaga oleh Majlis Perbandaran Tapah. Sehubungan dengan itu pelbagai kemudahan disediakan termasuk tempat letak kereta. Pelbagai gerai tersedia kepada mereka yang tidak membawa bekalan makanan.

Lata Kinjang is one of the best known falls in Malaysia, because it can be seen very well from the North-South highway in Tapah.From the highway only the middle part with the huge cascade can be seen. On both sides of the cascade you can climb further up, but the trail is sometimes vague and relentlessly steep. But you get a reward. At the top of the cascade there is a last, vertical fall. Lata Kinjang is one of the tallest falls of Malaysia.

Niyang Rapik Movie - Review

Berdiri atas nama Niyang Rapik sudah cukup menyeramkan. Metrowealth (MIG) dan sutradara Ahmad Idham kembali menghantui pawagam-pawagam tanah air dengan naskah terbaru beliau. Semalam (5/2/2010) aku berkesempatan menerjah pawagam TGV Kinta City untuk tayangan lewat malam bersama teman-teman yang mengharapkan filem ini mampu menghiburkan dan memberikan kepuasan maksima.

Permulaan filem ini sudah meremangkan dimana Zack (Fizz Fairuz) meninggal dunia akibat busung hasil dari perbuatan orang. Kematian Zack mengejutkan dan meresahkan rakan karib mereka iaitu Helmi (Kamal Adli), Zizan (Shaheizy Sam), Saiful (Zed Zaidi) dan Amir (Awal Ashaari) serta keluarga Zack sendiri. Menurut Ibu Zack (lakonan Dian P. Ramlee) Zack mula berubah sejak kembali dari Niyang Rapik bersama rakan karib mereka bagi meyelesaikan tugasan akhir Projek Kajian Sejarah Niyang Rapik. Disebabkan itu mereka kembali ke Niyang Rapik bagi memulangkan Karambit yang telah dicuri oleh Zack, namum Niyang Rapik tidak seceria dulu. Kehadiran mereka ke Niyang Rapik disambut dengan pelbagai kejadian aneh dan menyeramkan membuatkan penonton mula resah gelisah. Untuk cerita selanjutnya kenalah tonton sendiri. Niyang Rapik kebanyakannya dibarisi oleh pelakon-pelakon muda termasuklah Liyana Jasmay sebagai Laila.

Dari segi lakonan, ternyata barisan pelakon filem ini berjaya membawa watak dengan baik sekali dan meninggalkan kesan mendalam. Dihiasi dengan sinematografi yang 'chantek' hutan mala segar tasik Kenyir yang mampu membangkitkan perasaan takut. Penataan bunyi dan cahaya cukup baik. Sayangnya filem ini gagal tampilkan 'kemuncak' yang hebat bagi mempamerkan kekuatan kuasa jahat terutama ketika disaat-saat getir dimana 3 rakan muda itu mula lemah dek mentera jampi oleh Tok Neram (Nasir Bilal Khan) seharusnya di wujudkan pertarungan hebat dan kekuasan sihir.. seperti kemunculan roh-roh jahat, atau air sungai melimpah ruah tanda kemarahan... ini tidak.. hanya 'bertentang mata' keredaan mula terasa. Ingatkan ia akan jadi seperti filem Narnia 2 malangnya sangkaan saya melesit.

Cuma bagi aku filem ini harusditukar tajuk kerana Niyang Rapik tidak lagi relevan. Ini kerana filem ini bukanlah berkisar tentang keramat Niyang Rapik atau Karambit dan mahupun tangkai yang dipakai oleh Saiful. Sebaliknya ia berkisarkan dendam seorang ayah apabila anaknya dirogol. Mungkin tajuk Kemaafan Dendam Yang Terindah atau Maafkan Saya Pakcik lebih sesuai dan tepat.

"Niyang Rapik" starts with Zack (Fizz Fairuz) who dies due to a horrible curse. His untimely death shocks four of his best friends - Helmi (Kamal Adli), Zizan (Shaheizy Sam), Saiful (Zed Zaidi) and Amir (Awal Ashaari). Thus, they journey to Niyang Rapik, a village where they've conducted research for their final-year history project, to return a karambit stolen by Zack. However, things in Niyang Rapik aren't as cheerful as before.

It does not take long before the action unfolds in "Niyang Rapik" and audiences are forced to guess what happened to Zack and his friends while they were in Niyang Rapik for the first time. Even though the storyline is simple, the twist is an added advantage to audiences' interest leaving the story to be quite engaging.

Hot Day - Panas

Hot days in Malaysia are killing me… I didn’t go to work today because last few days I am start feeling weak and this morning I got headache and fever. Local temperature lately jumps from 29ºC to 35ºC during the day and 35ºC make us feel like 43ºC cause by El Nino… The sun shine so bright and the heat burn my skin. Wish the rain would be here to wash all the dirt and dusty and kiss away the heat.

The Ulu Geroh Rafflesia project has a nice waterfall, Damak Fall, as one of its attractions. There is another waterfall in the same region, easily accessible, not far from Kg Geruntum.To reach the fall, you follow the road from Gopeng to Ulu Geroh for about seven km. Take left, just before a river crossing. Follow the road for about three km. You will reach a few stalls, where you can park your car. When you take the trail inside the jungle, you will soon reach the lower waterfall. To reach the upper tiers, you must cross the stream and climb up at the right side of the fall.

Not far from the area, anyone who's dying for extreme activity can join My Gopeng Resort for amazing experiences such white water rafting trekking to Rafflesia flowers, Mountain camping, biking, trekking, hiking (with Orang Asli guide to Cameron Highlands), fishing, mountain river bathing, picnic, outdoor games, recreation, and more.
