Oh life

Friday, after office hours I straight to my hometown. Stop by at KFC, bought Bucket Family (Take away). It was rain as I walk out from KFC. Reach home right on time and sharing this KFC with my family. Later online from late evening til early morning then off.

Saturday, spent the day in my room. Listen to music such classical and modern music plus download a Nepali song from Bacha Garchu - Nepali Rap Song. I must say or admit I am impress with this song. Later got news from a friend of mine who's in Johor recently visit his friends the he'll off to Tioman Island for short holiday. From Kuala Lumpur to Johor, he journey by buses so easy for him to do his 'programing work' for his next project. And I am sure the reason he want to be in island of Tioman are to generate some good input for his new software programming. Anyway he was lucky, without any proper plans he manage to be in Tioman cause we all knew only 14% of Tioman Island are open to tourist due maintaining the island for coral reef. Anyway... good luck HH, I wish you all the best.

And Zakuan, I do hope I'll be free this weekend. I've double check my schedules so far there's no changes. I may travel to Kuala Lumpur again to get fewer thing I need most before Ramadhan. Maybe we can hang-out together with others and captured some nice photo of Kuala Lumpur at night and refresh our-self at McDonland located at the heart of Bukit Bintang... it was my favorite spot. Mie, please double check about the thing we discuss. I know you pretty busy with your duty as Doctor but... please Mister please help me to find the right location about it ok. Incase you totaly busy ask Engku to see me but before that drop me a line first on my mobile.

Sunday, all I can think of is... being lazy in bed.. he.. he..

The Sorcerer's Apprentice

Semalam aku telah di culik oleh Datuk K di tempat kerja. Dia memasuki ruang legar pejabat tanpa izin. Wah... bunyinya macam suspen jer... sebenarnya Datuk K bukanlah laki kepada Dato' Siti Nurhaliza (malas aku nak skandal dengan Mentor aku sebab aku suka Siti) sebaliknya ia adalah nama samaran member aku yang lebih dikenali sebagai Kay (semasa dia menetap di KL) tapi nama sebenornya dalam surat beranaknya tertera Kamarulzaman tapi aku lebih suka panggil dia Datuk K, kiranya glamerlah sikit.. kalo dia telefon tu mesti kata 'ya datuk... ada apa hal' mesti orang pandang aku semacam je...

Lepas waktu kerja, aku telah dibawa ke Kinta City... seterusnya kami berjumpa Gen2 (mamat yang kerja kat bahagian Sport, Jaya Jusco Ipoh) berborak jap... pastu pi TGV tengok senarai filem yang ditayangkan... disini hati berbelah bagi. Datuk K nak tengok citer The Sorcerer's Apprentice tayangan jam 1830 sedangkan hati aku meronta nak tengok Inception tapi tayangannya jam 1930.

Malas aku nak membebel pasal filem ni tapi cuma aku nak bagi tau filem ni ok je.. sebab semua aksi macam biasa tengok jer... nothing special, nothing impress me at all macam filem Avatar atau Clash Of Titans. My next attractions adalah The Last Airbender atau lebih dikenali dalam TV9 sebagai Avatar. Harap-harap filem The Last Airbender ni tidak akan mengecewakan aku. Jadual waktu tayangan di TGV Ipoh adalah 5 Ogos 2010 kiranya sebelum bulan puasa. Jadi aku akan cuba mencari ruang untuk menonton filem ni. Apapun Datuk K, terima kasih kerana sponser tiket The Sorcerer's Apprentice! nanti jika ada masa kita tonton Inception... nanti aku sponser tiket.

The Return of Paulo Coelho

A note from Paulo Coelho Facebook, the new book has been release as "O ALEPH" but this time in Portugues only, sooner or later it will be English version of O ALEPH. So far 'imho' no one can surface "11 Minutes" the tale of Maria, a naive young woman from Brazil. I've read more than 5 times and I still enjoy the book. It's a masterpiece from famous author of Paulo Coelho.
paulo coelho
At first I was much crazy about Nicholas Sparks, his first book 'Notebook' caught my attention then I'm being his follower with 'Message In Bottle' til Dear John. Then I pause... I need new air to breath. Later jump to Jostein Gaarder, I've read two books of him, Sophie's World and The Orange Girl. Sophie's World was good is a Novel about the History of Philosophy once you read this book it remind you about History subject in school. Think I had enough... this time I choose Paulo Coelho. I read his first book "By The River Piedra I sat Down And Wept" I read this book during my journey by train from Butterworth (Malaysia) to Bangkok (Thailand) once I reach Bangkok I grab more book cause much more cheap than Malaysia price. I continue with Warrior Of The Light, The Fifth Mountain, The Valkyries and The Alchemist. The Alchemist was originally written in Portuguese and has since been translated into 56 languages, winning the Guinness World Record for most translated book by a living author. It has sold more than 65 million copies in more than 150 countries, becoming one of the best-selling books in history. I continue my journey to northern Thailand to the oldest city of Chiang Mai with "11 Minutes". The other authors I read:

Truman Capote - In Cold Blood.
Nick Hornby - About A Boy
Alan Hollinghurst - The Folding Star
Norman Vincet Peale - Reach Your Potential
and manys more...

I shall add Orhan Pamuk on my list, in his native Turkey, Orhan Pamuk, the 2006 winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature, as a moderately talented writer and an opportunist who, with his comments on Turkey's conflict with Armenia, has made a name for himself at the expense of his own people. This explains the mixed reactions in Turkey to Pamuk winning the Nobel Prize.

What's Done is Done

Last night, I spent the night alone (of course) since I am a single guy ha… ha… I sat down and look back all those pictures taken many years ago. It was the greatest moment in my life I bet. Bittersweet memories are all coming back to me now. Its make me laugh and smile at the same times almost make me wanna cry. But I have to be strong because they said ‘guys don’t cry’ but who cares? I cry when I am feeling sad but not in open area… I remember I crying out loud when I losing someone I care, someone who’s close to me passing away. Back to the main story… when I recall everything of course my feeling mixed up. I feel regrets and I feel bad and weak. Suddenly I heard on radio station, it was Klassik Nasional FM, a station rotations the oldies of malay songs. It was a track by Malaysian legendary Tan Sri P.Ramlee it’s called ‘Barang Yang Lepas Jangan Di Kenang (What’s done is done). I heard the melody so sad and wording very lyrical and meaningful. Here I would like to share with you the lyric from the track which is has been translated to English. What I have learned from this song is sometimes we have to forget about the past. No regret cause tomorrow would be a new day with other stories.

What's Done is Done
What's done is done
If you mull over it, you surely cry
What's done is done
If mull over it, you'll hurt (poison) yourself
Every man is mortal
He'll surely return to his Maker
Don't be sad
Leave it to God
.
The world is like a wheel
With its ups and downs
The same with men
Some are happy and some are sad
.
What's done is done
If mull over it, you'll hurt (poison) yourself
It's useless crying
Sadness adds upon itself
Leave all that is past
The dead will not return
What's done is done
If mull over it, you'll hurt (poison) yourself

Note: Yang sudah tu sudahlah... let's make a new start... life must goes on. Jika dia milik orang then let it be. Patah tumbuh hilang berganti... itulah yang mereka kata tapi the truth is yang tumbuh tu tak sama, so how can I forget about the past? Well, I am trying my best to make a brand new start. A new life as...
