Weak day

Today I am not so well; however I manage go to work and return. I notice my throat not so good since last night right after I had dinner with my friends at Kenny Roger Roasters Kinta City Ipoh. My friends and I pick Kenny’s Chicken & Garden Meal set others with Original Mushroom sauce + Banana Muffin but mine with Black Pepper Sauce + Vanilla Muffin + Ice Lemon Tea to refresh myself.

All expenses paid with my American Express card so we entitled for 10% discount. We enjoy the food and value for money for once a while. Thank you Kenny Roger Roasters for best services and warm welcome. I shall return again.

Then we leave Kinta City and off to Tesco 18 later had drink at Aman Restaurant (mamak stall) located right behind Tesco 18. Right after midnight I am home. This morning I awake about 5AM I start feel something… kinda weakness and sore throat. I guess with busy day at work, sleepless at home make me sick. I supposed to practice a Happy Meal Healthy Living for better life in future. Now I am stuck in my room with tablet and pills to cure from sore throat and flu + feverish, poor me :'(
